Maryla Rodowicz is arguably the most loved and admired Polish artist. Her fans call her “the Queen of Polish Song”. Her debut came in the early 1960’s. In 1967 she won the 1st prize at the Student Song and Singer Festival in Kraków. Since then, she’s been a constant presence on Polish stages. Her hits bring the Poles together and still win their hearts with their timelessness. Her songs like “Małgośka”, “Kolorowe jarmarki”, “Wsiąść do pociągu”, or “Niech żyje bal” are known and sang all over Poland.
